Take salsa, cha-cha, samba, tango, merengue, flamenco, calypso, hip-hop and belly dancing, put it all in a workout routine, and you have Zumba!

Dress comfortably. Wear dance sneakers or tennis shoes. Bring 2 bottles of water and a face towel.
