Second Chance to Dance is a chair dance/exercise program specifically designed for seniors in independent, assisted or nursing home facilities. Our goal is to bring a low impact, light exercise program to those who may feel exercise is no longer
an option. Gentle movements put to fun and memory provoking music help to make this program successful. All abilities are able to participate on some level. We encourage those with

in a senior home, please contact the activity director and tell them you would like to see Second Chance to Dance as an activity for your loved one!
