The Rhythm 'n Waves program is a new aqua class consisting of slow, repetitive rhythmic motions that are easy on the muscles and joints. This program is perfect for senior citizens, arthritis sufferers and others looking to maintain flexibility. All movements are performed to a wide variety of motivating music. The classes are taught in a therapeutic pool that is kept at a constant 92 degree temperature, with assessable entry by ramp. The deepest end of the pool is 4' deep.
