DRUMS ALIVE FITNESS CLASSES!
Join us for an exercise program like no other! Drums Alive brings
together exercise and rhythmic drumming using a fitness ball and
drumsticks! This program works your mind, body and spirit.
Join us at the following locations:
Wednesdays:
Adult Class (50 and
over) 9:00 – 10:00 am
Sterling Heights
Senior Center,
Utica Road at Dodge Park
FIRST CLASS FREE
AT THIS LOCATION! Drop in fees only
THURSDAYS:
Adult Class -
11:00 am Madison Heights Senior Center, 29448 John R
Adult Class – 1:00 pm

PLEASE BRING A FITNESS
BALL IF YOU HAVE ONE AT HOME. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic
shoes and
